The article “Kristina’s Story” by Kristina Saffran explains the eating disorder that she has had since she was ten-years-old. An eating disorder appears in someone’s life most likely when a person is not happy with their appearance, such as their weight. In Kristina’s case she had it differently. Kristina dealt with an eating disorder due to not believing she was not “perfect”, in Kristina’s words she wanted to be a ten not an eight.
