It was really cold and she could not stop thinking about how much she hated her life and no one would miss her if she disappeared. Kristen had no memory of walking to the tracks just the sudden urge to lay down. When she heard the train she know this would be her change. She thought there was no way to survive it. The train ran over her and she felt a sucking feeling. Like a vaccum cleaner. The it was as if a hand was pushing her back down to the ground. The pain was overwhelming and the next thing Kristen knew she was staring at her legs ten feet away. As she lay there ready to die she heard the song Amazing Grace being played. When workers came to help Kristen yelled at the to leave her that she wanted to die. She also screamed for her mom. She woke up later in a hospital room with excruciating pain. She could not remember why she was on the tracks or what happened after she left her house. Her whole family took shifts spending time with her in the hospital. However, she spent most her time sleeping from the pain medication. Kristen was physically fine with the exception of missing her legs but mentally she was falling apart. One night she woke up and found a strange lady watching her as she slept. Kristen acknowledged the lady as her sister but realized she had never seen the lady
