Kreimer believe there should be a filtering mechanism in place, there are others like Hilary Rosen, who believe that there should be no changes to the system. Hilary Rosen states that advertising labels do not need any regulations and or supervisions and they should be free to promote their product however they please, no matter if it offends any race, gender, or even current events. To disprove this argument, the first thing to look at is the ever-expanding social media and the internet in general. As social media expands, more people begin to have a voice in society, which can be both a positive and negative situation.
