Krasniqi Family Case Study

Decent Essays
In August of 1989, the K family shook Dallas County to its core. On this day, Sam K planned on attending his son's karate tournament. The tournament began around 11am with Sam and his daughter, Liam, sitting on the front row. Shortly after the tournament began a bystander saw Mr. K touch Liam inappropriately. This started the battle for the K family to keep their children. In my opinion, the Krasniqi family should have been allowed to keep their children for the following reasons: violation of the 6th amendment, cultural differences, and eye witness testimony biased.

Today people want the same thing, to be offered the right to voice their opinions Easily offended people and so-called “Hate Speech” are attacking our first amendment right.…

It was an unfortunate story of a 6-year-old Kayla who was repeatedly beaten and abused by her dad. Her dad was severely brutal and abusive to this poor child that she appeared to have suspicious injuries such as broken nose, darkened circle around her eyes, bruises and cuts on her face, and frequent absences at school. I believe that the result of this traumatic experience of Kayla could have been prevented if adult individuals involved in this case were not negligent but more thoughtful and vigilant to suspicious signs and red flag. Although I only watched the film about Kayla McKean, which did not describe in depth about Florida’s regulation, relevant policies, and the work situations, I would like to share my opinion and reaction about what happened to Kayla. I certainly think that Kayla’s father and stepmother failed to protect this child as parents.…

Presentation The Gulf social orders have been experiencing radical changes since the finish of the 1970s. The Arab Gulf family is going through a quick progress that influences its capacities, parts, specialist, and structure. One must begin with an essential speculation that surveys the Arab Gulf family as a fundamental unit that broadens its social segments from Arab Islamic sources; and as a monetary unit that plays out various financial parts to the advantage of its own individuals and of society; and as a social unit where social collaborations between relatives happen inside the setting of social relations set by qualities and standards of their way of life. When talking about the atomic family one may imagine that it is the same as the Western atomic family. Truth be told, we should obviously recognize the Arab Gulf atomic family and the Western one.…
