Kpa Workgroup Plan

Improved Essays

This will create a standard for you to organise your time around, delegate tasks, and set and achieve personal targets. Identifying KPAs is essential because they identify the areas that are essential to producing results in your role.
2. When creating a schedule/time-management plan, prioritise your daily tasks. Primary tasks: Tasks that are essential to meet your targets and KPAs. Secondary tasks: Tasks that are lower priority but still need to be completed. Allow for time to address “Urgent Tasks”, which are interruptions to your usual schedule.
