In Korea, academy system is well-developed. Almost every students go to academy after school to get more information only on how to solve problem quickly and exactly not on the knowledge of new and interesting concepts. If they do not go academies, they in person will think they are already lagged behind and feel anxiety. Furthermore, students invest their vacation or even weekend to academy. Because students tend to spend their time on academy, they do not have time to embrace their failure which is one of key factors of deep learning. As a result, they waste their time on academy with memorizing only how to solve questions without understanding and thinking deeply about subject. The academy is a disturbance of deep learning. In contrary, academy can be seen barely in America. Accordingly, it offers good surroundings to do a deep learning, a deep thinking, and wide approaches to subject. Besides, students in the Korean education system invest their time on solving sample questions from previous several years ' tests only for better grades although it is not based on important concepts. They value spending time on these tests rather than researching deeply and thinking broadly. Even though President Obama had speech that high quality system of Korean education, that is opinion of person who looked at system simply at the surface, and results of international competitions such as PISAs. In my experience, the Korean education system is far from encouraging deep learning as they do not offer any circumstances to be deep learners. The Korean education system could be helpful for highly intelligent people. This is because they do not have to care about whether the system is relative or absolute evaluation and need to go academy as they can understand easily whereas average people cannot understand in the same pace as they do. However, country 's education system should not be focused on highest intelligent people but on possibly all of nations. For the following all these reasons, I pursue that the Korean high school education system is needed to be consider how it actually affects students comparing to the United States high school education
