Reasons why Kona Ice is our main competitor, this company is a well- known and definitely have a top of the mind awareness for customers when shaved ice comes to mind. Kona Ice have expanded so much that there have franchises all throughout 47 states which contributes to their brand image. Kona Ice not only serves customers quality products but they actively participate in local communities and organization and give millions back. This is how customers become loyal to them.
Our second competitor, Emerald Coast Italian Ice cream however has a different business structure than Kona Ice. This company is locally owned and privately operated
