Kognito: “At Risk” For College Students “At Risk” for college students consists of a 30 minute online training session, which provides some tips on how to help a friend who is experiencing psychological distress. During this 30-minutes, the student will be able to take a role as one of the characters, where different case scenarios will be presented. At these scenes, the student should identify which one of his friends are in distress based on their current situations and challenges. There are three stages Kognito approaches the student: First it introduces the different characters and engages into conversations.Secondly, it encourages the student to “talk” with their peers who might possibly experiencing distress.
