Kobe Cummins a student at Bighorn High School hosted a prayer during High School graduation this brought him to court where he was sentenced to 7 days in jail for bringing up the vote. It first started when Kobe suggested the idea on March 1st 2019 which, caused a bit of discussion amongst the other fellow seniors. After a year passed the seniors finally set up a meeting which, took place on January 30th 2020 at 7 o’clock. This vote took a total of 10 minutes so, the seniors took an hour discussing on how they are going to set it up. The seniors left the building at 8:20 p:m when no one was around.
