My grandma once ask me “When you get older do you know what you want to do with your life?” The books we reviewed are Anthem by Ayn Rand, Emancipation Proclamation by Abraham Lincoln, Prometheus by Geek Mythology. When I get older what I want to do is follow my dreams
First, in Anthem equality wanted to follow is own dream. An example of equal trying to follow his dreams is “I wished to find a warrant for being. I need no warrant for being, and no word of sanction upon my being. I am the warrant and the sanction.” (11.4). Equality 7-2521 has now explicitly rejected the principle of his society that he stated in the first quote. He no longer needs a justification for being alive. His dream was to free the slaves. In the Emancipation Proclamation it states “In accordance with my purpose”. this quote goes to show how he was determined to fulfill is dream. He was determined fulfill his dream no matter how challenging it was. This connect to my life by me looking through my challenge and facing the hardships along the way. Got to complete my dream and be successful just like Abraham.
Next in the story prometheus by Greek Mythology the Titan-god stole the fire. He stole the fire for a purpose. He seen how people were struggling with no fire so his goal his dream was to bring fire or light to the people to them. That was his dream to give fire to the need no matter what Zeus said to him. That was is obstacle in his life. This connects to my life cause in my life there's many people thats tell me things that i can’t do to fulfill my dream in my life the goals I set for myself.
In this video it talk about many. For example it talk about how one must think about a problem in there life. How they need to see their situation in a different form how they see it. Maybe take time to really process my problems because of many people doubting me. I just need to to ignore them. That's how the man in video explain it. You need to worry about how you see think about and not what others say about you. This represent me cause I worry about others opinions but i need to forget it and i need to complete
