Reflect, as a term, takes a specialized meaning from an everyday lexis. Moon (2010) described the clarity of practice in order to differentiate a difference between understanding as a result of thinking while doing an activity as well as thinking done after the activity. Brockbank and McGill (2007) focused on the process involved when recalling thought that influences an action suggesting awareness needs to be established between actions and thought. Likewise, Schön (1992) referred to such a realisation as a judgement particularly when detecting and reconciling error of practice with the knowledge of the practice, in the form of ‘knowing-in-action’ and ‘reflection-in-action’ as the two distinct ideas related to the awareness and the establishment
