Know Your Health: Is It Better?
The general population is even less educated on their health, the truth behind medical practices and options, and the food they eat than they were even before the Internet came about. Currently there are resources that offer health and lifestyle information such as apps, blogs, magazines, and other scattered sources. Yet there is nothing out there that combines all that information into one convenient place. Know Your Health is the only free service out there that makes this information so accessible and convenient even the young can be well informed. Unlike any other app, this is an all-inclusive service for alternative medicines, the truth about medical practices, lifestyle tips and tricks, recipes, and workouts. This is all you need to lead a healthy, well-informed life. Currently Freeletics is an app that has picked up momentum. They offer 4 different versions of the app: Freeletics Bodyweight, Freeletics Running, Freeletics Gym, and Freeletics Nutrition. As the name says Freeletics

Both apps allow the user to customize their workouts; from beginners to experts there are workout routines and workout programs that challenge everybody. Freeletics, like many other apps, allow the user to choose workouts from a set number of options so the user can customize their workout to their needs but cannot go outside of those options. Unlike all other apps, the Know Your Health app allows the user to customize a workout with almost infinite options. One can download workout routines from the app itself or anywhere on the web. The routines downloaded from Know Your Health are also explained: why is this useful, what parts of the body does it target, and how it will affect you in the long run are all questions this app will answer. This app is also all inclusive, which means as the user chooses a workout routine that is best suited for them they can choose a nutrition plan to go with
