Knights Vs Samurai Research Paper

in this essay I will be talking about the how women were treated compared from the samurai and knights. Also I will be talking about the benefits of weapons and armor compared from samurai and knights. Lastly I will be comparing the knights religious beliefs to the samurais religious beliefs. samurai wives were treated not so good but on the other hand knights wives were treated much better. This meant many things like knights did respect their women but they weren't able to become knights. But being a samurai's wife meant they weren't treated as good but could become samurai. As Women were able to become samurai it meant they could be warriors and fight. Samurai wives were not free to do whatever they wanted.Samurai wives would have to obey their father, husband , and as old their sons. As knights they showed chivalry to women. So pretty much showing respect to women but they didn't have the same opportunities as men. I would say being a knight's wife would be easier because you would get respected better and as a samurai's wife it wouldn't be nice to be treated bad.
Next we are going to talk about the weapons and armor both were used by samurai and knights. Samurai wore strong armor with baggy pants. With metal sleeves, helmet, and a iron mask.
