Knight’s Chocolates Roman Knight enjoyed chocolate very much and curious in how it was made, so he and his sister decided to experiment with chocolate and candy recipes at their mom’s kitchen years before Roman decides to open his chocolate store. Roman was so fascinated with how chocolate and candy was made he decided to visit candy and chocolate makers, so that they would teach him the process of making chocolate and confections. After Roman got the confidence to do chocolate and confection on his own. Also, he acquired the very best ingredient to start making his own special recipes. Moreover, in the spring of 1956, Roman Knight opened his first chocolate shop in Dandelion Meadows.

For them to grow, they need to get more customers, raise the prices on their items and more sales every year. A good way for them to appeal, obtain, and maintain is essential for them to work on their strategy.
The second issue they fail to have a business system and process that helps their business succeeds. Knight’s Chocolates need to create a business process that’s organized, repeatable, and profitable that will improve the business productivity. These systems will help Knight’ s to increase their customer services, reduce the time in getting work done and training their team, improve productivity, and provide consistency. That a great system that could help Knight’s Chocolates to be successful again.
The third issue is the lack of leadership. The leaders at Knight’s are very nonchalant and they expect business to come to them and they don’t try to work hard to keep them either. To make a business successful you need to have the drive to work hard to continue to grow your business which that’s something Knight’s is lacking. They need a leader to take charge and make good decisions for the company. Unfortunately, all those issues and many more are preventing Knight’s Chocolates to continually be successful.

After years of living his dream Roman retired and sold it to a nephew, but later sold it to Thomas. After 10 years Thomas decided to sell it to current owner Anthony Neal. Neal then decided after some years that he wanted to upgrade Knight’s Chocolates and open a second location. Unfortunately, the big changes cause many financial problems, as a result, both locations started to struggle. The management has very little to fix this problem and don’t try very hard to bring more business. At least, they optimistic about the future to possibly open a third location and continue to bring happiness people of different
