\item {\bf{On the issue of the study been very poorly written and both parts dealing with two control methods that appear to be independent; The authors decided to split the chapter into two (2) and this can be seen in chapter 3 and 4. By splitting, each chapters were rewritten and the previous works removed. This is because a larger part of the section are either in chapter 2 or in chapter 1. However, research works where inspiration was drawn from were left and clarity on how those works differ were pointed out in the introduction of the chapters. One of the identical figures and nearly identical sections has been deleted and reference made to them when it is required to be addressed in the other work.
