Building a relationship is known to be filled with intense feelings of admiration and affection. As in most Nicholas Sparks stories, the building of relationships is the most prominent theme. In the film “The Longest Ride”, directed by George Tillman Jr. but based off the book written by Nicholas Sparks, Luke, a well-known bull rider, and Sophia, an aspiring art major in college, stumble upon each other when least expected and begin their journey together as they form a relationship.
