Kmart's Mission Statement

Decent Essays
Though Kmart does not provide a “mission statement” their focus is primarily to take over retail. Kmart’s plan is to improve their marketing by arranging process, quality of products and services given to their customers.
In conclusion, Kmart should understand that its competition is not going anywhere but to focus on their original content. Also, in order for Kmart to maintain the same business they must first allow the customers to feel comfortable around the store while shopping and checking out.
