Knowledge, enquiry & communication (KEC) is a paper that helps you develop skills and ways of thinking to help you enquire and communicate about a topic of choice. It teaches strategies that will help develop academic and literacy for knowledge construction and helps develop written, verbal and online communication, which are skills needed for future papers at university. The lectures were based online delivered through YouTube and on campus-based tutorials. In this paper I will be reflecting on my enquiry based learning experience this semester, including challenges I faced and insights I have gained, using Kolb 's four step reflective cycle.

Moving past this structure, however, has opened my knowledge of academic writing. My mental thinking is now more complex because I have learned how to make a critical argument in a logical manner. My writing has turned out to be progressively learned yet at the same time I have reoccurring issues related to grammar. Another improvement is that I was able to point out complexities within many articles, rather than adhering to uneven arguments in my papers. Moreover, figuring out how to discover peer-revised articles through Ulrichsweb has altogether extended the extent of my research, which has lead to all the more insightful papers with sound references. Overall, KEC helped me enhance my written work more than it used to be and I feel that I have greatly extended my knowledge on literature and academic writing. However, I still need greater improvement on grammar and APA 6th referencing. I think it would be valuable if I read a lot more books or get help through online resources on this aspect as a future action
