He even dealt with female chef that he was working with. He was always there to motivate both the male and female chefs. An article written by Sarah Henry called “The high powered cooks on why female chefs don’t get the warming admiration”. Like I said previously about the reality in the professional kitchen, nobody gets their respect right away. You need to display yourself that you have the power to show leadership and show your crew whose boss. An article written by Jennifer Guay discusses the how a young person would continue on in life after graduating from college to become a head chef or similar. Her article talks about growth of some colleges students going into culinary schools to become professional chefs. Compared to Anthony Bourdain that went to the culinary institute of arts, some of these young chefs graduated from Johnson and Wales University. Statistics and data have shown a number of female chefs are rising and more will rise in the next couple of years
