Kingswood Centre Case Study

When people are defining the objectives, scope and success a decision has a huge importance as it aids the decision process and provides great assistance in achieving the end goal.
It also provides key information and a plan which will provide a better understanding and the whole process.
Giving a example of a decision I may need to use a situation where our Kingswood centre has not met the minimum criteria of customer rebooking numbers, the target which would be desirable is 96%.

The solution to this problem would be to improve the level of satisfied customers and raise standards of product delivered by introducing a new procedures and improving the existing ones.

The scope of this is that it would ensure all staff are better trained
