Kingsley Manor Living Facility and Saint John’s are Continuing Care Retirement Community that provides independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing facility. Independent living is when elderly can do daily routines without needing assistance. Assisted living is a long term care that assists elderly with independent living activities such as cooking meals, doing house chores, and helping with grocery shopping. Skilled nursing assists elderly with basic daily living activities such as eating, bathing, dressing, and transportation. In Kingsley Manor, one of the advantages is the fitness programs provided to the elderly, such as yoga, tai chi, and exercise machines to improve their flexibility.
