Every book in the bible is centered on our God and his works. Some books in the bible are directly parallel to one another. They teach the same message maybe just worded different or through a different story. These stories may have many similarities and differences throughout that makes one interpret the stories differently. A good example of this is in 2nd Kings Chapter 22 and 2nd Chronicles Chapter 33. In both of the books the author writes about King Manasseh’s reign at king, but just a little differently. In both books they write about how sinful and wicked King Manasseh was. They say that he was worse than all of his ancestors that ruled before him. One difference in the story of King Manasseh is the story of how Manasseh came to see
