There once was a king named Jose. Jose was the king of the pines. He was born in 1324. What a time to be alive. He loved his kingdom, and every single person in it. Jose was a rich man. He had no wife, and cared not to have one. He loved ruling the land, and was afraid he would make bad choices and screw everything up. There was one place in particular that he loved about his kingdom. On top of a hill, in the middle of the city, there was the biggest tree Jose had ever seen. It was a pine tree of course, and was the best tree for all the children in the land to climb. In the winter all the people in the kingdom gathered around the tree with a fire and tell stories. But when he looked around, none of his kingdom was there. He was so alone, lost and was not found. As Jose got up and walked around he saw the lake, which was usually by his garden, but the plants were not to be found. He took sips from the lake, and was very refreshed. As Jose looked into the lake, to make sure he was presentable, he saw two reflections of people in the lake. The king spun around to look at the other person, but none were in sight. almost as soon as he turned around, he heard a very loud scream. Jose got up, and ran towards the sound. When he turned around a bush, he saw a woman who was being attacked by a robber! Jose found a large stick which was next to a smaller sized tree. Jose was very quiet, so he snuck up behind the robber, arched his back, and hit the man in the head. Jose and the woman then drag the man to the tree, and tied him up with a sign that said, “Arrest Me!”. The woman was very nice, and invited her to her home for a meal. She fed him plenty of food, and Jose told the woman his story. He told her about his kingdom, and the giant pine tree, and about the portal along with the lake. As soon as he mentioned the lake, and the reflection in it, she lit up like a christmas tree. She started rejoicing, “You were sent here! You are the one who has been spoken of
