The victory at Harfleur showed how brutal yet so merceful Henry can be to his enemies. At first, Henry thearthned to kill all men, women, and children in hideous ways, but if they surrender they would be shown mercy. Henry told his captain and soliders to show mercy, kindness, and respect to the French during their defeat. The battle of Agincourt proved how Henry was fearless and inspirational. The English were outnmberd by the French five to one, but the English still challanged their enemies because of Henrys inisprational speech.
