The kinesthetic learner learns by basically using all of their senses-sight, touch, taste, smell and hearing. The kinesthetic learner strategies usually use hands on approach. Knowing their learning style will help when they are in a lecture, although they may not be an auditory learner they will use strategies to help them get through the lecture like highlighting and color coding through the lecture or while they are sitting they can remember to tense and relax their muscles or remember to take a tennis ball to squeeze, by doing these action the body will communicate to the brain and the kinesthetic learner will be able to retain the information.
