Kim Mowatt's Argument

negotiating with her students to advocate for him/herself to speak with a teacher, principal, or administrative staff to work out their problems. Kim noticed when she negotiate with her students/client, they build good rapport, understanding, and openness. She concurs that through negotiation, her students have enhance their GPA score. Students who were behind on homework assignments and tardiness have made some changes in their education.
Personal Reaction
The interview with Kim Mowatt was interested. Kim spoke strongly about laws and policies and that they are very important in her day to day work. I discover she is dedicated to her work and also that she is dedicated in helping her students/clients. I have learned how helpful she can be
