I hope all is well with you. I am a foster care worker in Chatham county and I am having difficulties getting one foster chid, Journey Evans, Caps processed in Baldwin county where the child in care resides . To my understanding the children's CAPs forms are suppose to be be submitted to the county DFCS where the child resides. I have done that, but still have not received any status update or response. The child is in danger of having to find another childcare provider if CAPs continues not to be processed. Do you know who I can get in contact with regarding this matter?
