Although there are many kids who’d pick an ultimate game of Minecraft: Survival Mode, I think kids should spend more exercising. On a hot summer day, the ideal thing to do would be to sit on the couch with a bowl of ice cream and watch a movie, but why not invite your friends over and have water-related relay races? You’d be wasting a perfect day of skiing if you stayed indoors by the fire with a cup of hot chocolate in your hands, watching snowflakes slide down the windowsill. Children these days need more exercise, whether it’s challenging your friends to a game of soccer, or racing them across the flag football field. Kids should be more active because it’s good for your health, you’ll have fun in the process, and it’ll pay off later in your life. First of all, when you exercise, it’s good for your body.
