EREPORT # 18661 stated the following: The exact date of the incident is unknown. 09/14/2015- Kristin Stogner came to Kids Hub with allegations of abuse against Samuel Stogner 1/12/2016- Routine check-up phone call made to Angela Stogner; Angela Stogner and Breanna Stogner made new allegations of sexual abuse against Samuel Stogner. Kids Hub's case manager Hillary Gannon made a routine check-up call to Angela Stogner for Kristian Stogner. Kristian Stogner is a child that previously came to Kids Hub for a forensic interview. Angela Stogner stated that Breanna Stogner wanted to have forensic interview done and was willing to talk about what Samuel and Emily Stogner did to her (Breanna). Breanna Stogner then got on the phone with Hillary Gannon explaining that Emily Stogner took photos of her (Breanna) and Madison Stogner masturbating and "playing" with themselves; Breanna also stated that Emily Stogner made Breanna and Madison Stogner take pictures of other girls "playing" with themselves. …show more content…
Ashley is the child of Emily Stogner's friend. Angela Stogner then got back on the phone with Hillary Gannon and stated that a child named Cameron Alexander claimed that Samuel Stogner "went down her (Cameron) pants". Angela then stated that Haley Broom (Angela Stogner's step-sister) and Valerie Johnson (age 18 and attends West Marion High School) came forward to her (Angela) with allegations that Samuel Stogner had also "touched" them. Angela Stogner is concerned that the other girls in the household have not had forensic interviews and that they may have also been "molested" by Samuel and Emily Stogner. Hillary Gannon advised Angela Stogner to go to Sheriff's Department and write a statement.
