There are children who do not know what it means and how important it is to stay healthy and exercise. Some kids only know that milk gives muscle and fruits and vegetables are good to eat, but does not mean that they will eat it. How will the generations of children will be if they did eat healthy and exercise? What other way to have them know how important it is than by checking out Kidnetic. This website is primarily focused on helping a child understand how important being healthy is by exercising is a fun way that is enjoyable to the child and the parent.
Kidnetic is a website where its goal is to provide different games to perform different exercises and nutrition facts. After going through the evaluation step of the website, it is confirmed that this is definitely a useful website that is worthy of teaching how important nutrition and exercise is to a child.

There are tabs that says, “Home”, “Move”, “Eat”, “Talk”, and “Learn.” Each tab has a certain something on them. “Home” links to everything that the website has on it, but they are just quick links to proceed easier to the following tabs: “Move” has the games pertaining to exercise. “Eat” has a lot of different healthy breakfast, snack, lunch, and dinner foods that the child could eat. “Talk” is where the child is able to send messages to their parents by email (if they know their parents email and their own personal email). “Learn” has information with different questions or statements about fitness, food, and fun! As well as what parents should suggest to their children when they mention that they are bored. Of course that would mean that the parents would suggest games that they could do with their kids, or making home chores done in a fun
