As you are well aware, the traffic on Cicero Avenue has become increasingly congested due to the construction to replace antiquated water mains in our community. Kiddieland ECE has been notified that we may be directly affected by this construction as the City’s Department of Water Management and an independent construction company replaces the water main on Cicero between Irving Park Road and Addison Street.
We have been in contact with the construction company who has advised us that our water will most likely be shut off for an indefinite amount of hours one day within the next 3-4 weeks. If this is the case, they have promised to provide notification of at least 72 hours prior to this happening. Kiddieland has registered with BuildingANewChicago.org
