Sirivat is a graduate of BBA Finance at the University of Texas at Austin, Texas, USA in 1974. He worked as a Chairman for 4 years in the securities industry and finance, and as a Managing Director for 11 years. As soon as he left his post as Managing Director in 1990, he started investing in the local share market for his clients. He was able to make profits for them until the portfolio grew to hundreds of million baht. When the stock market crashed in 1994, He have lost all the money. The situation became worse when his multi-million high end condominium project collapsed in 1997 the IMF year.
