Violating human right; Kfc Company has also been caught on violations concerning unsafe working condition, sub-subsistence wage, they forced to work overtime and failure to pay legal benefits. Their factories are not open to independent monitoring by the local non-government. For example, women are force to work 10 hours in seven days a week by paying them small amount of money its seems that the human and labor rights of these workers are being violated by the Kfc company. Moreover, Kfc Company must have responsibilities to care for the health and safety of its employees in the workplace, what work can and should be done is to offer higher wages to compensate for the risks that are measured in a different position (Anonymous, 2016).

Whenever individuals begin to work for Kfc Company they are eligible to a set of minimum working conditions, which are not just about salaries. They include areas such as holiday entailment, hours, privacy, harassment, and discrimination. It is up to manager to have a decent working area for workers. Trade unions can aid employers gain their rights from immoral supervisors. Kfc Company must ensure working conditions are suitable for workers and see if they also suit their employees. All this will bring major motivation for the workers to proceed in their workplace and also be determined to work well, hence this will lead to less absenteeism and better
