The key milestones in the timeline for this objectives are to have no unsportsmanlike incidents resulting in ejection during the 2015-16 school year and 2016-17 school years. To date, the school has accomplished this objective. During the 2014-15, the school had a 8.2% habitual truancy rate. The school has aimed to reduce the amount habitual truancies during the 2015-16 and 2016-17 school years. The school wants to drop the percentage of african american students who receive out of school suspensions from 45.9% in 2015-16 to 13.5% for this current school year. By obtaining this goal, the school will start to bridge the gap between the african american students and the white students of the school. The school will gather some of the african american students in the beginning of the year to help determine what the school needs to do to help support the african american students from receiving out of school suspensions. The school is also aiming to reduce the amount of truancies amongst its students. In 2015-16 the truancy rate was at 7.7%. The school would like to drop this rate to 5% for the 2016-17 school year. The school will need to work with the PPW and the schools interventionist to support this goal. The school will need to have meetings with the parents and students of the at risk
