Key Factors That Affect My Wellness

Within my life, there are many factors that affect my wellness. There are few specific factors that I usually focus more on. These include muscular endurance & strength, nutrition & healthy weight, avoid addictive behaviors, and cardiovascular fitness. For me personally, I have difficulty doing consecutive push-ups and taking powerful shots in soccer. To fix this, I tend to go the weight room in the gym more often and workout with my friends. After going through Health 1, I have realized the importance of eating healthy and maintaining a healthy weight. The only downside of this, is that I have become more obsessed about what I eat and how I ensure that I stay healthy. During the summer, I often find myself watching back-to-back episodes of
