Building Security is the responsibility of all personnel. Key Custodian will issues each staff a member key that is unique to their specific work area, ensuring that staff is able to secure their classrooms, office, storage and other pertinent work space used by the individual at the end of the duty day. The school is not responsible for loss of personal items. The maximum liability paid by the US Government to an individual for personal property stolen from the work area is $50. It is not only in the school’s interest to ensure the security of classrooms; we all must play a role.

Key Custodian at the high school is handled by Zack Lubanski, Supply Tech. The key custodian is responsible for issuing keys and providing key control. Keys must be signed out at the beginning

Storage is limited. Further, it is not the school’s responsibility to accommodate personal storage needs of faculty and staff members. Any and all personal property currently being stored in classrooms or in any other locations throughout campus will be removed, and discarded.

- Do not remove any paraphernalia that belongs to the school without explicit authorization to do so. Additionally, the proper form, (per FPMR 41 CFR 101-20.110) PROPERTY PASS must be completed. The Principal gives final approval on all requests.

- Safety is paramount. Please do not engage in activities that may contribute to an unsafe classroom. Remember, everyone is at risks when safety is not taken seriously. Here are a few day-to-day commonly identified safety concerns:

 Do not plug high amp loads such as refrigerators or microwaves into a surge protector. Plug them directly into the wall.
 Heaters HAVE NOT been authorized for use on campus. They must be turned OFF and UNPLUGGED when no one is present inside of the classroom.
 Do not daisy chain power stripes. Ask for help/suggestion on how to combat the problem, or consider rearranging the classroom to avoid the
