At St. Jude day school I was a volunteer where I helped distribute the meals for the kids, give them snacks entertain the kids and clean up after. This day school is a church in neighborhood where many people use to put their kids in while they go to work. From the moment high school students commit to their future colleges everything changes. They are no longer thought of as high school seniors or people apart of their hometown communities, they are thought in the light of the new institutions they will attend in the fall. Ever since I was little I have been involved in 4-H. This program has taught me how to be responsible, organized and a leader by allowing children like myself to be active in their communities.
