Key Club Leadership Qualities

Key Club has inspired me to run for leadership roles that allowed me to develop my character. One position that I gained during my junior year was Historian. Everyone thought being Historian was all about taking pictures of Key Clubbers doing service events, but it actually involves stepping up by organizing events and planning out agendas with the other board officers. Obtaining this role made me feel confident by improving my communication skills. I felt rewarded with a fresh start by being more open and outgoing while socializing with other students like me.
