Kevin Pickard Rape Case

On 09-10-2017 at 1355 hours I was dispatched to 1029 North 2nd Street in reference to an assault.

Upon my arrival I made contact with Kenneth Bostic, who informed me of the following:
- Kevin Pickard came to his house attempting to drop someone off his girlfriend’s sister.
- He told Pickard he was about to leave to take her to his house.
- Pickard became upset and punched him in the left side of his face.
- Pickard then left the residence.

I did not observe any injury to Bostic’s face.

Pickard was mailed a summons for assault.
