How many of you all have heard of Keurig before? You’ve all heard people say “You can’t believe everything you find on the internet.” It is extremely important for everyone to do more research about what they find on the internet or else they might find themselves getting sucked into buying some unreliable product or spreading false statistics. Today, I’m going to be talking to you about the Keurig website and the fallibility of it. I will be discussing the Keurig agenda, the comparison and reviews on the website, and the credentials on the website.

The answer is that it does not say. Nowhere on the Keurig website does it have a comparison to other products to show its potential customers the advantages or disadvantages of its product. As previously stated, their goal is to monopolize the market. Therefore they don’t show other products, but rather offer their product as the only option.

Additionally, what does the website say the customers think of their product? Again, the website does not have any customer reviews. The individuals looking on this website have no way of knowing what the general population thinks of the product. It could be a horrible product that is overpriced, but without any reviews from customers the viewer does not know. Now that we’ve discussed their agenda and the lack of comparison and customer reviews on the website, let’s take a look at their credentials.

The credentials of this website are not given on the website itself. They are given on an external link on the About Us page. On this website there is an extremely detailed and precise list of everyone on the Keurig leadership team and all their credibility. Everyone one the team has a personal description except for the president of U.S. sales and marketing, which does not help establish the credibility of the website. While it is not advantageous that this list is on an external website, the list they provide is well crafted except for the one

Introduction When you think of having a cup of coffee on the go in Southern California, you usually think of Starbucks, the iconic coffee roaster, which has over 17,018 stores worldwide. If you live in Northern California, however, there is another well-known coffee roaster that appears to rival Starbucks in its popularity, Peet's Coffee and Tea.
