Ketosis diet plans, better known as ketogenic diets, include food plans that are really low in carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are, of course, one of the leading resources of energy for your body. Carbohydrates release energy directly into your body, that is crucial to its normal functioning. When you reduce your intake of carbohydrates the body has no energy to burn, which could in essence mean you die. So, this is a really good thing that the body knows how to deal with the situation. Whenever your body is fighting for carbs it automatically understands to start looking to stored body fat for energy. Maybe you are starting to figuring out what we are talking about. It really seems logical that if fat reduction is your objective, then a ketogenic diet, which forces your body to burn fat for energy, has to be a good thing. This all is fine as long as you remember about the fundamental, old rule that calories out must at the least equal calories in.
