Kerrie Peterson the General Manager for two years of the corporate lending business unit has been tasked with decreasing cost by 15 percent due to the upcoming rescission. Kerrie is faced with the challenge of making unit leaders cohesive during this time and communicating change within the organization to other employees. Kerrie’s first task is to find ways to cut cost along with her team. Kerrie does this by having her team involved in the brainstorming session where the team comes up with several ideas. Kerrie task each team member with an idea to research and provide feedback.
