Crisis on Conshelf Ten is about a teenage boy named Kepler Masterman who was born and raised on the moon. As he was about to take his first trip to Earth with his father, the Governor of the Moon. Kepler experienced a lot of difficulties with adjusting in terms of his weight and breathing, yet he was very fascinated by everything he sees, as they were all new to him. Because Kepler has a hard time adjusting to the gravity and having muscle problems, his Dad suggested that he should live with his relatives under the ocean in Conshelf Ten. As he was living under the ocean in Conshelf Ten, Kepler got in to an accident that led to his discovery of the Gillmen, who everyone insist that was just a part of his imagination.
