Background
The writer can attest that at the point of every problem there is a solution, but proposedly not resolved the continuation can be very damaging and hindering to moving forwarded. Whenever we have a serious dispute with others, we should always look carefully at our hearts see whether we are being controlled by unmet desires that we have turned into idols, in that, these themselves as things we need or deserve, or even as things that we would advance God’s kingdom”. This writer truly understand that, the nature of conflict is a phenomena and time consuming situation that can be an insult to God. Ricky Griffin and Gregory Moorehead stated that “the nature of conflict are based on the facts of perceptions that result in feelings of discomfort and/or animosity”. This writer truly understand that perceptions can become reality if not resolved in Godly manner. Ricky Griffin and Gregory Moorehead provided three examples of the nature of conflict that consist of the following factors: “1) Conflict is a process, not a singular event that evolves over time and draw upon previous events, more than likely that has been brewing for some time; 2) The conflicting parties have to actually perceive it to exist in order for the conflict to be real; and 3) Discomfort or animosity must occur in order for the conflict to be real”. With this said, the writer repeatedly requested training regarding on the Church requirements; however, the request was ignored by the Executive Ministers. In short, the Executive Ministers placed the writer on the service program and writer was critiqued beyond criticism and told that critique is deemed sharpening iron with iron. Here, the writer was placed on the slippery slope, known as the Attack response deemed as litigation, in that, Alfred Poirier stated that, “Litigation includes all forms of gossip, slander and uncharitable judgments whereby people “plead their case” to another in order to garner support against its opponents”. With this being said, during the critique, the writer felt like a victim without having credible legal representation and having no opportunity to plea for resolution and/or mediation. At that point, this Writer was aware that the current conflict was at an intensity level of 3 and rising. George Bullard stated that “ Intensity seven conflicts go beyond the legal actions involving lawsuits or involving criminal accusations, in that, individuals, groups, or organizations intentionally chooses to engage in actions that harm people and destroy property”. The writer made a proactive step in resolving the unavoidable conflict with the executive
