I completed an assessment on Keon Robinson on yesterday. During the assessment, mom mentioned that the child who is 18 years old, hit his 12 year old sister in the face so hard, that he knocked her to the ground and her knocked her glasses off her face. The child also picks at his sister. There was an incident, when the mother called the sister an honor child, and Keon took her homework and folder and hide it from her. The child goes to school upset and crying, because she doesn't have her school items. The mother has to go to the school and explain what happens when Keon do this. She referred to him as her psycho kid. The mother stated that the child is also mean and picks at his 15 year old brother. After an altercation at home between the 18 year old and her 15 year old son, the 15 y/o stated, "that if his brother comes after him one more time he

Mom also stated that the 12 y/o 's father is trying to get custody of her, because of this one child. Mom did not state if the child was physical with his brother, she only used the word mean. The mom stated, "she locks herself in her room and Keon will tap and knock on the door until she opens it. She states. "that he often becomes angry when he can not get what he wants, he threanten to kill if she didn't buy him a Nike hoodie." I asked the child why he did these things to his sister and there was no response. Later, the child stated, "that she deserved it, because she had stolen his earbuds." He stated, "he did not see her take them, he just know she did." The child did not see anything wrong with his actions. I told the child that because of his age, this could be child abuse. I discussed with the child that he should treat his siblings how he would want others to treat them. I also recommended to mom that the child recieves inpatient
