A minute after we left JT asked on how we will drill holes into the kayak. I replied saying we could go at any time because the DiAngelo’s don’t go in their kayak that often. We sneak in, drill holes, and then leave. Once we got to the kayak I drilled the holes into the bottom. “This is what you get for messing with me and my friends”. Hello Nosleep family. I'm writing to you tonight because I've experienced something grim in the last few days. This is the first time I've had access to anything connected to the internet since shortly after the "incident" began. I've been running on about four hours of fearful "rest" since about five days ago, so please forgive me if my recalling is scattered. I live in a small city of about 15,000 people.…

A soft glisten of pale, blue moonlight graced the dark navy sky of Happy Harbour's winding bays as midnight dawned over the city. Twinkling white stars gleamed throughout the dark sky; reflecting in the soft waves below. Cicadas chirping accompanied by the occasional splash of the rising tide, which rose over the rocky shores- frothing and hissing with white foam. The chilly night smelt of salt, accompanied by the skittering of water caught in the breeze.…

I don't think I'll ever forget myself as I was just then; my legs sprawled up on the picnic table and back arched to try and conform to the rigid wooden chair that would never be comfortable. The Narrator Monologue

In the first exploration, we explored the opening monologue of the Narrator and the very first scene. This first scene is important as it can be linked to the idea of omnipresence and control of play. In this case, the control is over how social class affects the main characters. This can also relate to Greeks’ idea of Fates who decide the fate of humans for their own pleasure. The Narrator is always there and it is as if he is amused by the actions of Mickey and Edward.…
