For this project I decided to chose a family member, my Grandmother Katrina Wilson. The main reason I chose her is because she is so strong, when everything is upside down she always has a way to figure it out. Another reason I chose her is because no matter how hard her day was at work she's always happy about everything. She is so caring to everybody, She is the nicest person I know. Katrina is a supervisor at a company named Leathercraft Furniture she has worked there for 30 years. My Grandmother plays a big role in my life She's there when I need Her even if She is really busy, She always has time for me. When I always wanted to give up she always told me not to give up we would figure it out together. I had never been in Her shoes until I got to spend a few days at her work and I got to do what she does at work. …show more content…

Her role as a supervisor is really big, she has to give instructions and teach people how to do specific jobs. When something goes wrong she has to redo the whole project. When she has to redo the project she does not get mad because she says everyone make mistakes. I had the opportunity to see how a furniture factory works and how people work together to accomplish what the need to do. I think my favorite thing about Katrina's job is the fact that she is in charge of a small group of people getting to teach them and tell them what to
