Secondly, Katniss was in the Hunger Games arena for along time and she needs food to survive so she used her hunting skills to find where the food is and how to kill the animal if it is living. On page 198 Katniss kills a rabbit for food using and bow, she perfectly hits it in the eye as she does want the meat to not get spoiled (last it for more important times). Katniss Everdeen experienced this, she in the book talked about her kills which would have never came to her if she hadn't felt somewhat guilty she has become a killer. On page 191 she refers to Glimmer who was killed by Katniss dropping the trackers on. She has trouble looking at her body, the condition it is in from the tracker jacker freaks her out and later in the book she thinks about her kills and Glimmer comes up in her thoughts. Someone can argue that she did not feel bad about Glimmer but she would have never thought about it, if she didn't care. Human beings are not meant to be born to kill others, Katniss is still human with a heart and still a teenager, she is still young. Katniss has went through her father dying which is harsh as she is still not an adult, her father has taught Katniss how to hunt and survive.
