Karma Influence On Religion

Karma is a type of belief or system that appears as being a part of many religions around the world. Because of this, Karma has been changing slightly depending on the area it is being developed and immersed in. That however, is not the only change when it comes to Karma. There are also variations in what people view Karma along with how they understand as well. Some of this deals with the negative and positive views that people within religions have towards Karma. For those from the outside looking in, we see Karma as this mystical understanding of the universe. However, for those within a religion that has Karma in its teachings, they see it as more of law and order that makes sure the world is structured in harmony like its suppose to. Some the more negative views towards Karma come from those that were also raised on the notion of it, but have a different feeling and outlook on Karma. The more negative perspectives that natives have towards Karma revolve around it being an unfair system. In that it is used to keep people born into the lower caste system from trying to achieve higher positions in society and life. Fear is another big factor why some have a mistrust of Karma. Because of the fact that Karma can come from not only a person’s physical actions but in the form of what a person is thinking. The fact that if a person has a bad thought they are likely going to get negative karma because of it is a scary idea. Especially, for those of a lower standing from within the society, whom probably at times can’t help but be mad about the ways their lives are.
