The agreement made , 20 , between Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity (“Kappa”), a nonprofit association, and (“event planner”).

2. Services: The event planner hereby agrees to provide Kappa with the following services at the function described above.
a. Event Staff and Management
The event planner agrees to be responsible for day-of event management.
The event planner submits that it has read, understands and will abide by Kappa’s risk management policies (see Exhibit A). The event planner will distribute Kappa’s risk management policies to all members on its staff who work with a Kappa chapter. The event planner will be jointly responsible with Kappa of ensuring the event will follow Kappa’s risk management policies.

Chapters must submit contracts for review and approval to the Fraternity prior to signing.

Co-Sponsors
Events may only be co-sponsored by organizations that are recognized and in good standing with the university. The chapter must get approval to have an event with multiple co-sponsors or multiple dates. These are rarely granted due to concerns for size/numbers at the event.

Transportation
Transportation must be provided if the event is more than a reasonable walking distance from the chapter facility. Transportation vendors must have insurance. Transportation can be via bus or other hired vehicle. Some chapters use cabs or public transit if present in their community. Cab costs would be paid for by the chapter.
